Thanks Rooster, Its a local place here in Northeast Alabama in Cherokee County. Its around 5000 acres all together owned by a timber company. They lease it out to hunting clubs and we pay yearly fee's to the clubs to be able to ride it. I just wished we had the land that Tn. has got to ride. Man its getting to where if you don't own your on land here you don't ride. I'm counting down the day's till the Coal Creek spring jam....!!!! _________________ Current Ride

If you don't mind my asking...What do you pay in fees to ride that.....Not wanting in on it but think that it is an interesting concept.... _________________ 2008 Suzuki KingQuad 750; Kimpex Deluxe Rear Box; 25' Big Horn Tires on ITP SS112 Wheels; Garmin 76Csx Mapping GPSr w/Ram Mount; Viper 2500lb Winch; Coop Mod #3, EPI Yellow Spring; Lighten Roller Weights; NYROC Grease Zerk Mod; NYROC Castor Mod; YFZ450 Shocks; Shift Gate Mod

This track which is about 5000 acres we pay $100.00 dollars each a year. There is one more track that is 1400 acres I pay $150.00 per year. Its high but its all we got... I dont understand why our state owned land want allow ATV's. The only two that I know of we can is Kentuck ATV Trails and Little River Park, I went to Kentuck one time and will never go back. I have better trails than that in my back yard. (Kiddy Stuff) Little River is OK but every trail off the main dirt roads are gated off. There is talk right now about closing Little River off to ATV riders. We have thousands of acres of state owned land that is just sitting here...? _________________ Current Ride

And I hear people around here complaining about haveing to pay what Coal Creek charges for riding their 72,000 acres. Doesn't make sense to me. They should be glad they have a place to ride. _________________ CSA

Badride, people dont know what they have till its gone... I would give anything to have a place like Coal Creek closer to my house. I gladly pay $88.00 a year to ride 72000 acres, it dont get any better than that...! _________________ Current Ride
